is not a question of whether you have limits over your life, rather it is a question of what
are you going to do with your limits, lest they become your limitations. Every pastor and
leader has limits on his life, nobody is born without them.

The times we are living in calls for clear voice and balanced biblical clarifications on these
issues. One of such issues is that of pastors and deacons, elders and committees in the
local church. Many denominational and pentecostal practises regarding this issue are
unscriptural and way off the mark. Many local churches are in dissaray due to infighting,
quarrel, struggle for supremacy between pastors and elders. Elders, Council members,
Patriachs, Matriachs and Foundation members in the church have taken over leadership
surreptiously in most churches and growth has been stagnated.
