THE DYNAMIC PASTOR.

God doesn’t want a run-off-the-mill pastor to lead his church. Rather, He wants a red-hot,
 burning, fire-spitting and spiritually dynamic person to lead His church. Psalm 104:4. Cold,
 lukewarm and dull ministers doesn’t appeal to Him. Scripturally, God is pictured as constantly
 searching for a man. Isaiah 6:8, Ezek.22:30; II Chro 16:9. That man must be wise
 as serpent, harmless as dove, simple like a child and tranparently sincere. That man must
 be holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners and godly - Heb 7:26

MINISTERIAL DISCIPLINE

No minister can be truly successful in the ministry without a constant
 and consistence adherence to certain ministerial disciplines. One great reason why many
 ministers are becoming victims of ministry casualties is lack and rejection of ministerial
 disciplines. Ministerial disciplines help a minister to keep to daily and regular self inspection
 which is the key to ministry respect.

THE CHURCH THAT ATTRACTS PEOPLE

It is an obvious truth that the church is people and people are the church. The
 church is not the building, place or structure, but real people that has been
 called out of sin, darkness and the world. The true church of Jesus comprises
 of people that are blood washed, tranformed and have vital on going
 relationship with the Lord.
