Well, seeing the title of this book, someone might ask, ‘another book on Money? Yes!’. I am writing this book due to the heavy burden and promptings of the Holy Spirit of God in my heart.
On one hand, many pastors and Christian leaders have written and published books on finance, wealth creation, how to be a millionaire and material prosperity in the last few years. Some
are even holding seminars on finance, money, investment and wealth creation on regular basis, both on the radio and television. However, majority of their teachings are lopsided
and tended only to materialism, gain and profit, with the exception of very few of them.

In the church, the pastor must grow to become the leader. The Lord doesn’t lead His church by committees,
but by one man, ably supported by committees. Like every other human organization, leadership is very
crucial to the health and well-being of the church. But much more than any other human organization, the
church is the most leadership intensive entity on earth. Because the church is the agent of divine
transformation, her leadership must be of the purest and highest kind.

It is an unwritten myth in pentecostal and charismatic circles that all you need to succeed in life and ministry is the Anointing. Teachings and financial giving had been built on it. Young ministers have spent days, months on mountains of prayers, seeking for the anointing. Every young and old ministers are seeking for the anointing in almost every concieviable way. However, the reality of life and ministry is
that anointing is not enough to succeed in life and ministry.

Every church must be impact driven for maximum effect at this point in time. But the reality is that not every church is impact driven. As we enter the 21st century, church Growth and health is the heart beat of God. Hell must depopulated to populate heaven.

More people must get to heaven compared with those who will go to hell. The church dare not remain in the status - quo. This is my most important book so far,
because there are various reasons why a book like this is needed.

Of course, we all know that our churches are not necessarily His church. Many of us have
built sick and diseased churches that are far from what He had in mind when He says; “...I
will build my church.” (Matt 16:18) If we summarize all that the Spirit of Jesus said to the
churches then, we shall hear what He is still saying to the churches today. Do you have ear
to hear what the Spirit of Jesus is saying to the churches today?

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PASTORS.

A few years ago, a respected Genral Overseer anounced to his pastors that he is handing
off from the administration of the church. Why? ‘There are many things happening in the
administration of this church that will not make me to get to heaven if I touch them’. He
therefore abdicate that responsibility to others. That is amazing. No leader should or can
lead without being responsible for managing the church.

PRESENCE AND POWER OF THE SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He is not just an inanimate force,
power and wind which has no personality. He is not ‘it’ but ‘He’. He is a wholesome person
as the Father and Son. He is co-equal, co-eternal with the Father and Son (Acts 5 5:3,4,9).
This is the age of the Holy Spirit. He is the one incharge now, since He came down fully on
the day of Pentecost. He is the Lord of the Harvest. He is to search out brides for Christ.
He is the vicar of the church of Jesus Christ.

POWER OF SIN IN A PASTOR’S LIFE

A religious christian who recently got truly born-again in a church confessed to a pastor
that ‘in my former church, our pastor don’t preach against sin and I became a comfortable
sinner inside the church’. In another church, certain members went to one of the top-most
Bishop and complained that ‘we don’t hear messages on heaven, hell, rapture, sin and the
likes in this church’, why sir? The Bishop replied, ‘God did not give us such messages here,
we are here for breakthrough and prosperity, if you want to hear about sin ,rapture,
heaven and hell, you can go to another church in town.’
