PAYING THE PRICE THAT ATTRACTS LEADERS
In my over 20 years of direct involment in church leadership, I have come to realise that
success in life and in ministry always comes at a price. Creating a climate for potential
leaders also requires a leader to pay a price. The price that the leader needs to pay starts
with personal growth. The leader must examine himself, ask himself hard questions and
then determines to do the right things regardless of the atmosphere and or his mood.
Successful leaders recognize that personal growth and the developemnt of leadership skills
are lifetime pursuits.


Well, seeing the title of this book, someone might ask, ‘another book on Money? Yes!’. I am writing this book due to the heavy burden and promptings of the Holy Spirit of God in my heart.
No minister can be truly successful in the ministry without a constant and consistence adherence to certain ministerial disciplines. One great reason why many ministers are becoming victims of ministry casualties is lack and rejection of ministerial disciplines. Ministerial disciplines help a minister to keep to daily and regular self inspection which is the key to ministry respect.
